🌏 Project Overview
Namaste Fukuoka 2025 was a vibrant celebration of the friendship between India and Japan, held at Tenjin Central Park over two colorful spring days.
Japian Studio led the entire creative and promotional direction — from brand visuals, event coordination, and marketing campaigns to digital storytelling that captured the energy of over 50,000 visitors.
Our goal was to transform this annual cultural event into a global-scale festival of unity, blending traditional and modern elements under one shared theme:
“Connecting Cultures, Celebrating Harmony.”

🎨 Creative Direction
Japian Studio designed a complete event identity system that reflected Indo–Japanese harmony through color, typography, and symbolisms:
- Cherry blossom & mandala motifs to represent both cultures
- A vivid palette of saffron, red, and sakura pink for vibrance and warmth
- Modern, multilingual type design (Japanese + English)
- Consistent visual layout across banners, stage backdrops, and digital media
We created:
- Official event logo and branding set
- Posters, leaflets, stage designs, and banners
- Directional signage, volunteer passes, and merchandise
- Digital campaigns and countdown posts for SNS
🎤 Event Highlights
Namaste Fukuoka 2025 brought together music, dance, food, art, and cultural exchange from both nations:
- 40+ performances including classical Indian dance, Bollywood shows, and Japanese taiko drumming
- 70+ food and cultural booths offering authentic Indian cuisine and crafts
- Yoga and wellness workshops organized by certified instructors
- Official guests including dignitaries, cultural leaders, and sponsors
- Collaborative stage programs featuring Indo–Japanese artists
🖨️ Design & Promotional Deliverables
Japian Studio managed complete design and print production for the event:
- Event posters, stage banners, and backdrop visuals
- Booth signage, shop cards, and vendor branding
- Brochures, volunteer T-shirts, and passes
- Instagram & Facebook promotional visuals
- Press release design and translation (EN/JP)

We directed on-site photography, videography, and media coordination to highlight the festival’s scale and energy.
The event gained strong visibility across local news, social media, and Indo–Japan community networks, helping strengthen the festival’s recognition as Kyushu’s largest India–Japan event.
